The 1x Membership includes 4 workouts a month. The 2x Membership includes 8 workouts a month. Additional workouts will be charged at the time of service. Private gym time is best for clients who have completed at least 3 months of training under supervision of a trainer and who have learned how to properly train with perfect form and safety and knowledge of personalized settings on the machines. 

In the getting started call, we can talk through which membership is right for you based on your goals. 

Additional services: Private Gym Time, Drop-ins and CAROL rides can be be booked separately.
