Do sessions expire?
All sessions expire after one year.
Can I pause my pack?
No pause is needed. Everything is session-based. Take a break, sessions are there waiting for your return.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in session forfeiture.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. Clients who refer a friend get 2 free sessions. Generous and simple.
